AI begins triaging and drafting responses within hours. Every reply is drafted for your approval before sending until you choose to enable auto-send for specific categories.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, so you will never be charged unexpectedly. Your AI training and rules carry over between plans.
Your emails will continue to be processed without interruption. Overage emails are billed at $0.10 per email on the Starter plan and $0.05 per email on the Professional plan. Enterprise plans have no limits.
AI Email only processes emails in connected business mailboxes. You control exactly which mailboxes are connected and can exclude specific senders or subjects from AI processing. All data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
By default, AI drafts responses for your review before sending. You can enable auto-send for specific email categories (like appointment confirmations or out-of-office replies) while keeping manual approval for everything else.
