What we go through
What lands in the inbox
Enquiries, quote requests, booking changes, invoices, complaints and spam. We ask roughly how many emails arrive each day, which ones repeat and which sit unanswered longest.
Your mailbox platform
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another host, plus any helpdesk or CRM the inbox feeds. We check what access a setup would need and what your IT provider may have to approve.
Approval rules
Which messages could be sorted and labelled automatically, which replies should be drafted for a person to send, and which should never be touched. Your team keeps control of anything that goes out.
Where to start
One category of email to begin with, how to measure response time before and after, and what the first two weeks would look like. If your volume is too low to justify it, we will tell you.
Before the call
You do not need to export anything. It helps to know which addresses the team shares, a rough count of emails per day, the five or six kinds of message that come up most, and how long a customer typically waits for a first reply. A screenshot of your folder list or labels, with names blurred, is a useful starting point.

Is the setup consultation free?
Yes. The 30-minute consultation has no charge and no obligation, for a one-person inbox or a team of fifty.
Who will I speak with?
A consultant from the Yes AI group, the Melbourne company behind AI Email. Your calendar invitation comes from the Yes AI team calendar and includes the video link.
Which times can I book?
Weekday start times from 9am to 6:30pm Melbourne time, booked at least two hours ahead, excluding Victorian public holidays. The picker shows each time in your own time zone, for example Brisbane (AEST) or Perth (AWST).
Do you need access to our mailbox for the call?
No. Do not send passwords or forward real customer emails. Describe the types of messages you get, or write up a made-up example with the names removed.
Who should join?
Whoever manages the shared inbox day to day, plus the person who looks after Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace if they will need to approve access later.
How do I change or cancel?
Reply to the calendar invitation or call (03) 9003 0111. Reminder emails arrive before the call, plus an SMS if you give a mobile number.
